Who's Wearing What based in St. Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, is a fun way to shop for timeless fashion selected from independent designers.

Rebecca Lewison-White

With over 30 years experience as a consultant in the fashion and interiors industry Rebecca started out as a backing singer for contemporary pop artists. She developed an interest in stage design and wardrobe, where in between jobs she began selling costume jewellery and quickly progressed to managing fashion and interior retail boutiques.

From styling celebrities such as Kirsty Young, the newscaster, to interior designing a number of exclusive London properties. Rebecca has recently been managing the Drapers Record 2009 Best New Fashion Accessories Store in the UK.

Rebecca met Jan in St Leonards on Sea, when she first moved down from London and together they embarked on setting up Who’s Wearing What.

Jan McTaggart

Jan inherited an interest in fashion from her father who had a passion for tailoring and making leather bags as a hobby. This interest developed into a love of mixing new clothes with vintage clothing. Her eye for detail and beautiful fabrics led on to buying, collecting and trading in vintage clothes in her home town Glasgow in the 1980's. Jan later went on to having a career in project and event management.

Now, having moved to to St Leonards on Sea 3 years ago, Jan has realised a dream to open a fashion outlet with friend and business partner Rebecca.
